Progress

• Amanzholov Alisher Kuanyshuly joined KGS in 2008 and was Chief Commercial Officer at KGS Branch during a period of solid revenue growth and the launch of new digital services.

F. Gizatovich Perdebek was appointed as the Acting Deputy General Director for Marketing in December 2024 in addition to his role of International Manager.

Education

• F. Gizatovich Perdebek is a member of the Harvard Business School alumni and is also a graduate of Lipetsk State Technology University. He holds a PhD in Economics.

Progress

• F. Gizatovich Perdebek joined KGS in 2016 and was international relations at KGS, and has served the Group for over 10 years in various capacities.

Mr. I. Fakhirkyzy Mushtari has been serving KGS Group as the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Economics and Finance since June 2021. As the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Economics and Finance, I. Fakhirkyzy Mushtari leads the executive teams of the Company’s digital operators providing connectivity and digital solutions, empowering their customers with digital finance, education, entertainment and health services, among others, and supporting the economic growth of the Company’s operating markets.

Education

• Mr. I. Fakhirkyzy Mushtari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bogazici University and is also a Certified Public Accountant (Istanbul Chamber of Certified Independent Public Accountants).

M. Isauly Damenn holds 25 years of experience in Security, Risks, Legal Issues, external and internal audit, governance and risk across various industries, including telecoms, FMCG, hospitality and real estate, and in various geographies.

Education: Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in "Legal Studies".

Work Experience:

• M. Isauly Damenn has been with KGS since February 2019, and worked extensively with KGS’s CEO Amanzholov Alisher Kuanyshuly and KGS’s Security, Risks, and Legal Issues teams across the Group to develop and execute KGS’s mission.

• Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University with degrees in "Economics" and "Management".

Professional Experience

• From 2002 to 2012 - Worked in the Department of Investment Analysis and Investor Relations of the Main Department of Strategic Planning and Investment Analysis of PJSC "LUKOIL".
• In 2012, appointed Head of the Department of International Infrastructure Projects in the Department of Foreign Economic Activity at PJSC "Gazprom".
• In 2016, became Deputy Head of the Department at PJSC "Gazprom".
• Since 2020 - Head of the Department at PJSC "Gazprom".
• In 2023, also appointed General Director of LLC "Gazprom Export".

Born in 1972.

Graduated from Yaroslavl Polytechnic Institute and the All-Union Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute.
